Borrowing :iconicesplendor:'s suggestion I decided to make some changes to the original Punk Girl in JTown. I think I like this version much better!

Entirely colored in photoshop and the background is a manipulation of a photo I took of Japan Town.

I used :iconanystar:'s stock photo for pose reference.
